with easy beach access. The complex has many amenities available for
persons of all ages. It contains four swimming pools, a kiddie

basketball goal, horseshoes, lawn bowling, and an eighteen hole mini-
golf course. In addition, there is a recreation room with pool
tables, video games, and exercise equipment. Horizon South II is
located on the quiet, west end of Panama City Beach with the
southernmost condos within
approximately 150 yards of the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast.

safe, quiet environment for a relaxing vacation.

Company Policies

We want everyone who stays with us to enjoy their vacation in a fun-filled and relaxed manner. As your property management company, we will make every effort to give you that, and to help you whenever, and in whatever manner we can. Please carefully read our policies below. By staying with us, you agree to the following:

Payment All payments must be made by Certified Funds (Cashiers or Bank Check, Money Order) or by major Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover) or bank card. No personal checks can be accepted. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your stay. There is a $5 fee for declined credit card transactions.

Refundable Holding/Security Fee (The Deposit) Each Property must have a paid Reservation Deposit, which will reserve the property for your stay, and will be deducted from your total amount due. You expressly agree that when you arrive, a separate voucher (authorization only) will be issued against any given credit or bank card or cards as security deposit for the property. When you leave the property as you found it, and there are no damages, missing items or other issues, no claim will be made against this voucher. Should there be damage or other loss, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from this voucher amount. Please note that the security voucher will reduce the amount of credit available to you on your credit card (by the deposit amount) during your stay, and, if a bank card, will place funds on hold if a bank card. No funds will be transferred to Barefoot Property Holding Co. LLC, but the amount of the security deposit will be unavailable to you during your stay. Barefoot Property Holding Co. LLC will not be liable for any ancillary fees charged to you by your bank should you incur insufficient funds within your account. Please anticipate and plan for the security deposit funds to be held.

Cancellations Cancellations in excess of 90 days prior to your stay will forfeit 50% of the Deposit.
Cancellations less than 90 days prior to your stay will forfeit the entire Deposit, and
No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days from the date of your stay.

Rental Agreement A minimal short term rental agreement must be completed, signed and faxed to us prior to your stay. Once we have received your fax and full payment, we will forward directions to the property and access information. Any intentional misstatements (such as age of renter or number of occupants) on rental agreement may result in forfeit of Deposit.

Age Requirement Primary Responsible Person must be at least 21 years of age (verification required). No singles under 18 unless accompanied by parents or adult guardian. We reserve the right to ask for photo identification of all persons staying in a property.

Smoking No smoking is permitted in the units. Evidence of smoking in the property will result in loss of deposit. Please smoke outside on the patio areas.

Pets No pets allowed.

Disturbances Security deposit will be forfeit for any disturbances to property or neighborhood resulting in complaint calls to this company, police or the security guard. Please respect our neighbors and their right to a good night's sleep. No loud music after 10pm.

Extra Guests Additional guests $10 per day each for more than 6 guests.
