Our tag line is "Clean, Well
maintained Homes in Great Neighborhoods." It is our standard.
These homes are new or nearly new, and kept in immaculate condition. Our goal is
to insure that when you rent from us, you'll know beforehand that our homes are
kept up to these standards. We expect to give you a safe, clean home when you
start your lease. Please read our policies and procedures below so that
you and the next family to lease the home can enjoy a great place
to live.
- Even in Atlanta we have
Fall/Winter procedures. You won't find any
information on shoveling snow here, though.
- We pride ourselves on
offering homes in great neighborhoods. Your neighbors expect you to keep your
yard looking nice! Keeping your grass cut as appropriate (during the
spring and summer months especially) will make you a good neighbor. Don't
forget, you may need a lawn mower, or possibly hire a lawn service.
- Refrigerators are not
normally provided with our homes. Ask about exceptions.
- Don't forget to read our
Information on Renter's Insurance

Smoke Alarms are deadly serious. Read this.
- All refunds will be processed only
after a 30 day clearance period, with no exceptions.
